Suitable for non-cold areas
Method: Do not turn off the water cooler after the laser cutting machine is not working
After the machine is not working, ensure that the power supply will not be broken (except for power failure), don’t turn off the water cooler. The coolant is always circulating, and the normal temperature can be adjusted to about 10 °C. So that the coolant temperature does not reach the freezing point, the laser cutter will not be damaged.

Suitable for long holidays
Method: evacuate the coolant in the laser cutting machine
The coolant in the various parts of the equipment is evacuated through the drain of the laser cutting machine, and pure gas is injected. To ensure that there is no coolant in the entire water circulation cooling system, which also ensures that the machine will not be harmed by low temperature.
Suitable for cold areas where the room freezes
Method: Add antifreeze to the machine
Add antifreeze to the equipment, but be sure to choose a good antifreeze with a good reputation. Otherwise, the antifreeze contains impurities. It will also cause damage to the equipment when it is stuck in the pipeline of components such as lasers. The addition ratio is 3:7 (3 is antifreeze, 7 is water). After adding antifreeze, it can resist -20 °C without freezing.
It should be noted that after adding antifreeze, it can only ensure that the water does not freeze at -20 °C, but it cannot be sure that the water cooler can work normally at very cold temperatures. The normal working temperature of our water cooler should be above 5 °C. The cold start temperature should be above 10 °C.
