AVIDO EPB 300T/4000 NC hydraulic bending machine with DA-41S
Description
AVIDO Hydraulic press brake is a steel sheet bending machine, it is composed by supporting frame, worktable and pressing board. The mainframe is processed by annealing art, long time using, there is no shape changing, keep high bending precision. Bending die is processed by special art.
Main features
- The whole welded machine structure achieves high rigidity; the machine is designed by ANSYS software which can ensure the reliability and precision of the press brake.
- The servo motors for backgauge and ram stroke are controlled by servo drivers, which can achieve a high positioning accuracy of the backgauge and can work with high speed.
- Different punch and dies are optional according to customer’s requirements, such as Multi-V die, radius die, gooseneck dies, etc. One set of complete standard punch and die will be included for free.
- The X-axis(Backgauge) and Y-axis(Ram stroke or cylinder stroke) can be programmed by the DA41S system controller
- Bending angle programming is available for DA41S by inputting material length and thickness, bending punch and dies parameters.
- Foot switch with the emergency button can stop the machine immediately when an accident happens.
