Net\u011bsnost pilotn\u011b ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdch reduk\u010dn\u00edch ventil\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee \u00fanik pilotn\u011b ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdch reduk\u010dn\u00edch ventil\u016f je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u jin\u00fdch regula\u010dn\u00edch ventil\u016f. Net\u011bsnost takov\u00fdch ventil\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt a\u017e 1 l\/ min nebo v\u00edce a net\u011bsnost je v\u017edy p\u0159\u00edtomna, pokud je ventil v provozn\u00edm stavu. To by m\u011blo b\u00fdt pln\u011b zohledn\u011bno p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru kapacity hydraulick\u00e9ho \u010derpadla. Je t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 poznamenat, \u017ee minim\u00e1ln\u00ed nastavovac\u00ed tlak reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu by m\u011bl zajistit, \u017ee rozd\u00edl mezi prim\u00e1rn\u00edm a sekund\u00e1rn\u00edm tlakem je 0,31 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Probl\u00e9m nestability sekund\u00e1rn\u00edho tlaku<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed tlum\u00edc\u00edho otvoru hlavn\u00ed c\u00edvky reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu, tak\u017ee v\u00fdstupn\u00ed olej z reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu nem\u016f\u017ee plynule proudit mezi hlavn\u00edm ventilem a vlastn\u00ed dutinou \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho ventilu, pilotn\u00ed ventil tak\u00e9 sni\u017euje roli sekund\u00e1rn\u00edho regula\u010dn\u00edho tlaku na v\u00fdstupu z reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed nestabilita tlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-problem-2-pressure-reducing-circuit-component-setting-problem\"><strong>Probl\u00e9m 2: Probl\u00e9m s nastaven\u00edm sou\u010d\u00e1sti obvodu sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edho tlak<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 1-2, tlak ve odbo\u010dn\u00e9m okruhu (v\u00e1lec 2) za reduk\u010dn\u00edm ventilem 3 je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tlak oleje ve odbo\u010dn\u00e9m okruhu hlavn\u00edho v\u00e1lce 1, naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho obvod sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed tlak. D\u016fvodem je, \u017ee kdy\u017e je v\u00e1lec 2 zastaven na del\u0161\u00ed dobu, mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed oleje je vypou\u0161t\u011bno mezerou c\u00edvky pilotn\u00edm ventilem, aby byl ventil v provozn\u00edm stavu. V d\u016fsledku \u00faniku ve ventilu se zvy\u0161uje pr\u016ftok pilotn\u00edm ventilem a zvy\u0161uje se sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed tlak (v\u00fdstupn\u00ed tlak) reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu. Jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 1-2, k tomuto probl\u00e9mu doch\u00e1z\u00ed, kdy\u017e je net\u011bsnost reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu 3 (olej proud\u00edc\u00ed zp\u011bt do n\u00e1dr\u017ee z odleh\u010dovac\u00edho otvoru reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu) velk\u00fd. \u0158e\u0161en\u00edm je zm\u011bnit \u0161krtic\u00ed ventil z jeho polohy v diagramu na s\u00e9riov\u011b zapojen\u00fd za reduk\u010dn\u00edm ventilem tak, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zabr\u00e1nit vlivu \u00faniku reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu na rychlost v\u00e1lce 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-problem-3-unstable-operating-pressure-in-the-pressure-reducing-circuit\"><strong>Probl\u00e9m 3: Nestabiln\u00ed provozn\u00ed tlak v okruhu sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edho tlak<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V syst\u00e9mu zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00e9m na obr\u00e1zku 1-3 je hydraulick\u00e9 \u010derpadlo kvantitativn\u00ed \u010derpadlo, hydraulick\u00e9 v\u00e1lce 7 a 8 v hlavn\u00edm olejov\u00e9m okruhu jsou ovl\u00e1d\u00e1ny dvoupolohov\u00fdm \u010dty\u0159cestn\u00fdm elektrohydraulick\u00fdm reverza\u010dn\u00edm ventilem 5 a 6 pro ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed sm\u011br pohybu, \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed kapalina elektrohydraulick\u00e9ho reverzn\u00edho ventilu poch\u00e1z\u00ed z hlavn\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho okruhu, dekompresn\u00ed okruh je zapojen paraleln\u011b s hlavn\u00edm olejov\u00fdm okruhem a po dekompresi dekompresn\u00edm ventilem 3 dvoupolohov\u00fd \u010dty\u0159- elektromagnetick\u00fd reverzn\u00ed ventil ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 sm\u011br pohybu hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00e1lce 9. Elektrohydraulick\u00fd reverzn\u00ed ventil ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 n\u00e1vrat olejov\u00e9ho okruhu a vypou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed okruh reduk\u010dn\u00edho ventilu a pot\u00e9 se vrac\u00ed do n\u00e1dr\u017ee.
