Cutting head

CNC system
The control system is the leading operating system of the fiber laser cutting machine. Motor
The motor of the laser cutting machine is the core component of the motion system. The performance of motor directly affects the processing effect and production efficiency of the product. Stepper motor: fast starting speed and responsiveness, suitable for engraving and less demanding cutting. The price is lower. There are many brands of stepper motors with different performances.
Servo motor: fast motion, smooth motion, high load, stable performance; smooth edges of processed products, fast cutting speed; high price, suitable for industries and products with high processing requirements.
Machine tool
The fiber laser cutting machine has very high requirements on the stability of the machine tool. High precision and high stability machine tools are conducive to improving the accuracy of laser cutting. At present, the mainstream machine tools on the market are gantry type, cantilever type, beam type, etc. Different machine tools have different functions. For example, beam type machine tools are mainly used for material cutting by large manufacturers. They are also used for specific fields, such as 3D fiber laser cutting. Laser lens
Laser lenses are the most used in the entire fiber laser cutting equipment. Many optical devices contain laser lenses. Different lenses have different functions, including full-reflective lenses, semi-reflective lenses, focusing lenses, and so on.
The quality of the lens directly affects the output power of the laser. It also affects the performance of the whole machine. The lenses include domestic and imported. The life span and cutting effect of domestic lenses are not as good as imported lenses, but the price is far cheaper than imported lenses.
